Crews confirm each asset against its plant number and the work pack, and review the risk controls before starting.
Digital inspection and test forms
Evidence capture and storage built in. Readings, results and photographs are recorded against each asset, and a step cannot be signed off with a required item missing.
Stop if it is not as planned
Crews do not proceed on an unsafe asset. Anything out of scope, unsafe or unexpected is photographed and referred for direction.
Fatigue and complacency managed
Fatigue management and complacency controls are built into our operating protocols, so repetitive, high volume work stays sharp and consistent from the first job of the day to the last.
Reviewed, reported, proven
Records sync daily and supervisors review them. Monthly claims trace back to the field record for each asset, and defective work is re-attended at our cost.
