We work on the electricity network every day. Our approach is intelligent as well as careful: plan the work, control the risks, and learn from everything that happens.

- Hazard identification and risk analysis before work starts, with planning for every activity.
- Subcontractors inducted, supervised and managed as part of our own workforce.
- Incidents investigated, corrective actions tracked to close-out, and lessons shared at toolbox talks.

- Ongoing training in safe work procedures and competency reviews.
